Order Processing

Orders are usually packed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, sales, public holidays or supplier delays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address, cart contents and the shipping services available at the time.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and destination. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, peak periods, address issues or other events outside our control.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible at sales@fouramigospetsupplies.com. We will try to help, but we may not be able to change an address once the order has been dispatched.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will help check the order details and guide you through the next steps.
